Payroll management is the hardest task for the HR and accounting department in an organization. It acts as the primary need of business functioning. A company can manage payslips for employees at specific intervals through effective payroll management. In some instances, tax payments for employees and keeping effective records is a tedious processes. You can settle all these records and process them with an accurate payroll management system.

Dashboard:

Odoo 16 Payroll dashboard defines the data related to warnings, batches, notes, graphical reports of employer cost, and employee trends. Users can identify necessary cautions concerning employee contracts below the Warnings section. Inside the Batches section, we can access confirmed or new payslips of employees.

It is easy to obtain additional summaries about payroll flow within the Note tab. By clicking on the + icon on the right end, you can add a new note regarding the payroll information. Additionally, we can evaluate employer cost and employer trends separately based on monthly/annual. Hence, the salary count of workers is analyzed easily with one look at the graphical representation.
